Civentia connects industrial service providers and buyers under clear rules: every seller is verified before it can be paid, every payment is processed by a licensed institution, and every transaction follows published policies.
Payments by licensed institutions
Every platform payment is accepted, held pending release, converted and paid out by Airwallex (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. — a Major Payment Institution licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Civentia never takes possession of buyer or seller funds, and no customer money ever sits in a Civentia account.
Verified sellers only
Every seller passes platform onboarding review and completes Airwallex KYB verification before it can receive a payout. Settlement goes only to an account in the seller's own name — never to third parties.
Clear marketplace rules
The Terms of Service, the Prohibited and Restricted Listings Policy and the IP Protection and Notice-and-Takedown Policy define what can be traded, what evidence regulated categories require, and how violations are enforced — up to account termination and reports to the authorities.
Delivery-first settlement
Funds paid by a buyer are held by Airwallex until the buyer confirms acceptance, or the order's acceptance window — fourteen days by default — expires without a dispute. A dispute raised in time suspends release until it is resolved.
Structured dispute handling
Disputes are raised and evidenced inside the platform and negotiated on the record for at least fifteen business days. Approved refunds are funded by the seller and returned via the original payment method under the payment provider's rules.
Trade compliance, enforced
Sanctioned parties and comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions are barred. Participants and transactions are screened — by Civentia and by Airwallex — against UN, Singapore/MAS, OFAC, EU and UK lists, under the export-control and anti-money-laundering rules of the Terms.

Civentia is operated by Civentia Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202639527G), registered office at 25 Seah Street, #02-01, Singapore 188381. Payment services are provided by Airwallex (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., holder of a Major Payment Institution licence (No. PS20200541) issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
